甲基锡稳定剂是PVC热加工过程中使用的高效稳定剂。其稳定性、透明度、相容性和耐候性均优于其他有机锡热稳定剂。广泛应用于PVC片材、面板、管材及吹塑和注塑制品。也可用于食品包装、药品包装和无毒无害的PVC制品。各类食品的聚氯乙烯制品、药品包装和贮存、高要求饮用水供应的容器、管道等均采用甲基锡作为稳定剂。其产品具有色泽纯正、光泽细腻、气味消失快、安全性能可靠等特点。在同样的效果下，甲基锡的使用量比其他同类有机锡稳定剂减少15-20%。

建议用量

 

1.PVC压延透明硬片的添加量为0.8-1.2PHR;

2.PVC热收缩包装膜和印刷膜的添加量为1.2-1.6PHR;

3.PVC胶体颗粒的添加量为1.5-2.0PHR。
