PVC内润滑剂TL-60（PVC润滑剂）是基于饱和脂肪醇的中性二羧酸酯。为白色或微黄色碎屑或自由流动的粉末，无臭。它不能溶于水，而溶于磷酸三丁酯（TBP）和三氯甲烷。熔点42-48°C，闪点>225°C，挥发物（96小时/90°C）<1%。广泛用于生产PVC透明片材、薄膜、管材、管件、型材、泡沫板等。它可以替代Loxiol G-60。
