PNPO是一种无卤阻燃剂，通过磷/氮的协同作用来发挥其有效性。当掺入聚烯烃中时，它显示出高加工稳定性和无迁移性。PNPO的作用方式与火灾中的卤化阻燃剂不同。当聚烯烃暴露在火焰中时，形成的碳泡沫层通过其隔热作用保护聚合物，以减少进一步的氧气进入并防止聚合物滴落。同时，不会产生卤素氢化物气体。

2.单螺杆和双螺杆挤出机都适合加入该产品。聚合物熔体的温度不应超过230°C。

3.选择合适的填充剂和控制剂量。通常，填料会降低阻燃效率。

4. 当使用水浴冷却股线时，建议尽可能缩短通过水浴的通道，以使任何夹带的水都能得到最佳蒸发。

包装与贮存：

净重25KG牛皮纸袋，带PE衬里。
