ProFRmaster-X50 Masterbatch is made from SR-130 and carrier(Styrene) .It is designed to eliminate the inhalation of dust and skin contact of powder in producing.

Application:

ProFRmaster-X50 is mainly designed to provide self extinguishing properties for Polystyrene foams, especially for extruded foamed Polystyrene (XPS). Compared with the traditional HBCD flame retardant masterbatch , it has higher heat-resistance performance, better smoke suppression performance and better flowing property, otherwise, it can improve the foam`s mechanical properties.

Recommended dosage and formula :

The exact loads depend on the viscosities of the selected resins, the process conditions and the final application.As the main flame retardant has a low melting point, we suggest that the product is used on double-screw XPS production equipment, and lower the temperature of feeding stage.
